Jessica attended Cascade Highschool in Everett, WA. While at CHS she was on the Soccer and Tennis teams. She experienced a season ending knee injury in her Sophomore year that resulted in surgery and her first experience of Physical Therapy. Her rehab was successful and she was able to return her Junior year and became the Herald all area player of the year. After that experience she knew she wanted to pursue a career in Physical Therapy, and help others achieve an increased quality of life post injury.

She graduated from Washington State University with a B.S. in Kinesiology. While attending WSU, she was an avid participant in intramural sports. She spent her early mornings in the Varsity weight room as a Strength and Conditioning Coach Intern. After WSU she returned home to work as an aide in a local clinic and completed her Physical Therapist Assistant degree at PIMA Medical Institute in North Seattle.

Jessica focused her early career in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy, treating a variety of patients, from joint replacement to weekend warrior injuries. Through her passion for health and fitness she enjoys educating her patients as a part of their recovery journey, as well as stressing the importance of staying active through movement. As a Physical therapist assistant, Jessica interacts with all the therapist staff helping to shape the treatment plan that will best fit each patient.

Her special interests include women's health, pelvic floor, prenatal and postpartum treatment. After her own experience becoming a mom of 3 and balancing an active lifestyle, she finds passion in helping others do the same. Becoming an Adapt Trained Functional Health Coach has complemented her empathic communication skills, holistic nutrition education, and trauma informed care. After completing her Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism Coach Certification she can safely guide women in their own pursuit of a lifetime of athleticism.

In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and their three young children. Spending time outdoors. Attending group fitness classes at her local YMCA. Drinking her coffee, while it is still warm. Cheering on the Seattle Sounders FC and her children's various activities.
