Dianna is originally from Bothell, WA and grew up playing a variety of sports including track and field, volleyball, and soccer. She completed her undergraduate degree at Pacific University and earned her degree in Exercise Science – Integrated Physiology in 2018. While at Pacific Dianna was on the track and field team competing in both the hammer throw and shot put. In her last two seasons with the team, she won the Northwest Conference Championship in the hammer throw.  Throughout her athletic career she experienced a variety of sport related injuries, and this introduced her to physical therapy early on.

Following completion of her undergraduate degree, she took two years off to gain experience in the field working as an aide. One of these years was spent working at the Kenmore LWPT clinic when it initially opened.

Dianna returned to her alma mater and attended Pacific University earning her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She has had the opportunity to work across variety of settings having completed clinical rotations with Concentra, Clackamas County School District, Foothills Physical Therapy, and Legacy Hospital. During her time working at Legacy, she gained experience with early post total joint arthroplasty rehabilitation. While in school she had the opportunity to return to Lake Washington Physical Therapy for one of her clinical rotations and was mentored by Kerri Smith.

Dianna is passionate about helping individuals of all ages and backgrounds achieve their desired goals. She values taking time with each patient to provide education on their specific presentation with the goal of achieving long-term injury prevention and return to hobbies and activities they value. She has a special interest in working with athletes on return to sport and post-surgical rehabilitation and enjoys treating conditions involving the low back, knees, and foot/ankle.

During her free time Dianna loves spending time with her family and friends, getting out hiking, backpacking, paddleboarding, and working out. She also enjoys learning about nutrition and different ways to optimize one’s health.
