While Victor was born in Toronto, Ontario, he grew up on the eastside in Redmond for most of his life. He attended the International Community School in Kirkland and went on to receive his BS in Human Physiology from Gonzaga University in 2013.

Victor has a long history with Lake Washington Physical Therapy. He first shadowed Ben Wobker and Matt Sato when he was in college and then returned to work for them as an aide before starting grad school. He also took this time to become a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and has experience in working with recreational, high school, collegiate and professional athletes.

Victor went on to receive his doctorate from Creighton University School of Pharmacy and Health Professions in Omaha, Nebraska in 2017. His first rotation was at the University of Nebraska Medical Center where he worked on trauma, adult progressive care, intensive care, cardiac, solid organ transplant, burn, and orthopedic units among others. He then worked at CHI Creighton University Hospital performing acute care on low income and homeless populations. Victor’s next rotation was at Foothills Sports Medicine Physical Therapy in Scottsdale, AZ where he could build on his outpatient orthopedic skills with a focus on his manual skills. He completed his last rotation at Premier Physical Therapy in Redmond where he continued to develop his patient care skills and increase his quality of care.

Victor is beyond excited to return to the Pacific North West to continue his career in physical therapy with LWPT. He finds great pleasure in giving his patients the tools for a successful recovery. He strives to make himself a better healthcare provider by making those around him better. He believes in a holistic patient treatment philosophy that is accompanied by professional and ethical practice.

When Victor is not practicing, he loves to spend time with his friends and family and be outside. Victor likes to ski, golf, wakeboard, play soccer and basketball, hike, and work out. You can always find him supporting Seattle sports teams and of course his beloved Zags.
